The idea of MyFilter started back in 2014 when the founder/ CEO, Tyler Muyobo, left his house for the first time to take on his undergraduate degree in Southampton. When he arrived, it was evident to see that there was not a platform that specialised in bettering the student experience. The idea of MyFilter was left to marinate for nearly 5 years until Tyler started his postgraduate degree in Birmingham. He expected similar platforms to already exist when he arrived in Birmingham but that was not the case. The student experience was still a dated model. MyFilter was created to bring it back to life!
